Meet Alison

An Arizona native, Alison calls the Sonoran Desert home. She has been a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2001 and holds advanced training and expertise in whole food, plant-based nutrition. In 2010 she had her ‘nutritional awakening.’

We are all on a similar journey, but our experiences are all different. Perhaps you are currently experiencing a change in lifestyle (i.e.: empty nest, divorce, caring for parents, career) or you have been diagnosed with a chronic disease or you lack passion and purpose in your life? Whatever the reason or concern, I am grateful that you are here and motivated to make positive, sustainable changes in your life. It is my hope that my teachings will inspire you to be kind to yourself and others as we all walk our path toward wellness.
